I am looking for Firewall and NAT RTU licenses. I contacted our Cisco Sales partner and they are telling me that you don't need to activate these FW/NAT licenses. When I researched on the RTU based licenses, you need to accept EULA through CLI command like this 'license accept end user agreement' But I don't see this command on the IOS XE version 3.6S I am running on our ASR 1006. How cisco enforces support (TAC) for these RTU features? I like to get a proper support in case there are any issues down the road after implementing the feature.

Your image is adventerprise, so I don't think the licensing is available. I'd expect the licensing commands to work if you were using the universal image.
